Yes, you can bring your Cham in. You do still need to fine tune your setup but you aren’t so far off that it will immediately endanger your chams health.
Try to work on increasing that night time temp drop, 78 will work but needs improvement.
Humidity will always spike after a misting, that’s just physics. You must allow your enclosure to dry out completely between misting. Those dry periods are when your humidity should be 50-60%.
Onto the cage... you need more horizontal branches for your Cham to climb. Based on what I can see you really only have two or three branches that will be useable for your Cham. Any space in your enclosure that has no branches running through it is wasted space. Fill it up, give him options! See the pics of my female veilds enclosure below to see what I mean.
You need to cover all the exposed dirt in your plant pots with large stones. They must be large enough so your Cham can not swallow them. The purpose of the rocks is to keep your Cham from swallowing foreign objects, they could cause an impaction and kill your Cham. The other pic below is my hatchling enclosure, I used marble chips from Home Depot to keep the hatchlings out of the dirt.
