New to Cameleons

I just joined the community and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Spencer and I live in Virginia Beach, VA. I currently have just a Leutistic Bearded Dragon named Cracker that I have had since he was a baby and he is now 3 1/2 years old and doing great. I would now like to venture into a Panther Chameleon and have started accumulating the necessary habitat, so far I have a 24x24x48 Zoo Med Reptibreeze cage and KingMist system and am looking for a lighted hood which will also sustain live plants. I also have a nice sustained colony of Dubia Roaches as feeders (Cracker loves them). I look forward to finishing my setup, learning from the forums and purchasing a nice Design Panther.

It's truly wonderful to see how much careful preparation you are doing! Well done! You can get some incredible panthers from members here, or from one of the site sponsors, who are very carefully chosen.

I got confused by all the different panthers, I can definitely recommend looking at the Screameleons website where they have all of the 'locales' pictured and described very clearly.

Welcome Spencer. You have come to the right place to do research. You are going to love your Mistking. I got an Arcadia t5 that is supposed to be good for plants as well as chams and you don't have to change them every 6 months. They say a year. Looking forward to seeing what you get.
