I found couple of stuff that was a little cheaper somewhere else, and they matched the price, and also gave me a 5% off the match xD
Im so excited, I will be putting this together next weekend, as soon as I get all the plants that will be inside.
And as soon as everything gets settled up, I will order my new cham =)

Hello there!
congrats on receiving your new items!
The cage is great for a sub adult and adult chameleon. if your cham is a juvinile you may want to get a smaller cage to rear him or her. the flourecent fixture if good for the uvb 5.0 bulb. --- I'm not sure the lightbulb you pictured will be ok for basking. It may give you great visible light but not the heat you need to keep a cham.

Good enough for what purpose? It will provide some light, but negligible heat (i.e., negligible IR). If you want it just to provide some additional light, yes, should be fine. If you want a basking bulb, no, that won't work.
