Firebelly toads! (Technically frogs~)
I had a 10G tank that was empty since my fish died a while back, so I decided that today was the day to get it back up and running! Just wanted something simple that wouldn't outgrow the tank - thus, this little guy! Since I've never had one before (though I've had newts), I'll see how he works out this week, and get him a friend (since their communal and feel safer in pairs) next week. It's easy because there are, obviously, already crickets in the house!
Just finished planting the aquatic plants - I havent had much luck in the past with aquatic plants... but I decided to try them out again. I can keep all sorts of normal plants thriving... Surely aquatic plants aren't too much of a hurtle! *determined*
