I would be surprised and delighted if they took some advice, but I am not holding my breath. The response I got to the care sheets I emailed was pompous and rude. Not only do they not care, but they don't understand customer service and the importance of word of mouth. If you feel you know it all and don't need care sheets, then simply say thank you rather than have a cocky reply. It would take a lot for me to go there again or to recommend their store to anyone. And given that I am building a large group locally who buy horns and silks from me, I could have sent many customers their way.
