Nozzle Installation Instructions
1) Establish desired location of first mounting nozzle in enclosure and make a 1/4" diameter hole (5/8"hole if using our point lock adjustable nozzle assembly) Nozzle can be mounted horivontally as well as vertically in the enclosure
2) Measure and cut the amount of 1/4 tubing required to reach the location of the first misting nozzle from the pump.
3) install and slip clamp over the end of the tubing and then install the tee supplied into one end of the 1.4 tubing. making sure tubing is pushed completely down to the base of the barb and then slide clamp over barb
4) cut another piece of tubing so that when attached to the bottom of tee, it will protrude into the enclosure approx 1", attach tubing to bottom of the tee and then slide a clamp over the barb. For point &Lock adjustmable nozzle assemply, install a 1" piece on the bottom of the tee and install slip clamp.
5) install PM-MNH nozzle as follows: push tubing into nozzle fitting until it bottoms out in the housing. For Point&Lock adjustable nozzle, install the 1" piece of tubing on tee bottom into bulkhead fiting making sure it is completely inserted and bottoms out in fitting.
Repeat steps 1 through 5 to install the second nozzle but use the elbow(or connect nozzle directly to tubing) to connect the last nozzle to the discharge tubing. make sure tubing is pushed completely down to base of barb fitting at all connectiong and that all connections have tubing clamps installed before using system.
For systems that are suing the PM-BEA Ppoint&Lock adjustable nozzle assembly
remove bulkhead nut from fitting, insert bulkhead fitting into 5/8" hole with bottom of fitting (end with 1/4" rigid male connector extending from fitting) inside of the cage and then replace and ticgten bulkhead nut. Install the nozzle assembly on the bulkhead tubing by pushing top elbow female fitting end over the bulkhead tubing end until the bulkhead tubing bottoms out in the elbow. Adjust nozzle to desired location and then tighten set screws with included wrench. Do not over tighten or threads may strip. This will prevent the nozzle from being moved accidentally.
Thats the instructions taken right from the manual, i got the PM-60 so it might be slightly different for you but im sure its the way it should be.
