you should be fine with ust the UVB/heat light depending on what kind of bulb you are using for light. You can always get a dual Tube hood and get a grow light too. For watering daily mistings will more than cover it
You use a spray bottle with a soap and water mix in it.
I don't bake my soil. Seriously, I think that is above and beyond what is needed. If your cham's immune system can't take a few biological buggies from the soil, then it probably shouldn't be allowed to live let alone ever breed. But yes, do use organic soil, make sure to read the label to be certain there aren't any fertilizers in it.
edit: As far as pest bugs that may be living in the soil, seriously, even organic soil is so processed that this is a rare occurrence.
The cleaning of 4 foot or larger plants is tricky but if you are in a house or suburban area, this is what I do. Get a mortar mixing tub, the longest available is about 3 feet. They are usually $10 or less. I once found a sale at this time of year for 3.99. They are handy for so many things. Fill with water and soap, bleach, etc. mixture of choice, remove plant from pot and shake dirt off and wrap root ball in a plastic bag. Dunk the whole plant and scrub it to your liking then rinse off thoroughly. Repot as per prior instructions from other member and you're done but rinse thoroughly. I am a big bleach advocate and this never bothers the plants long term since you will rinse thoroughly.
Apartment dweller may rely on their bath tub.
You can also dunk and wash pots, vines, sticks, etc, in this bleach bath. It's big enought to soak these items overnight.
