No, it's not a diffenbachia http://www.plantoasis.com/plants/1001_1020/1001_diffenbachia.htm It is (I believe) what is commonly referred to as a Peace Lily or, as Orchidartist already posted, spathophyllum. Probably toxic ... but not really worrisome, as it seems the plant is used for taking pictures and not actually in an enclosure. -Brad
