New Panther Chameleon Owner

Just received my little fella this past Friday - Panther Cham - I have wanted a Chameleon for many years and now have the time and resources to correctly care for him. Super excited and wanted to pass on a thank-you to all that have forged this community into existence. Truly a treasure trove of information. Looking forward to the experience of being a Chameleon owner! Finally!!!!

Kinyonga - thank you but is there a specific form to fill out or do I just provide the information in free form e.g.,
Panther Chameleon (Ambilobe)
Male
Watering - dripper
Cage - Screen 18"x18"x4'
Etc...
Is this what you are referring to?
Forgive for not being more savy to this forum thing and I do appreciate the help.
