New Owner! Questions about variety and supplementation

hey guys,
so I am new to owning a chameleon but i had a question about variety and the supplements so i guess ill just list of the questions below.

Assuming I feed my 7 month old panther 5 times a week, should I feed him multiple different insect all 5 of those days?
Or should I feed him dubias one day, super worms the second day, silkworms the 3rd day, etc?

Should I use my multivitamin powder multiple times a week? Or is it like the calcium WITH D3 that should only be used every 2 weeks or so?

I have seen that numerous people do calcium without D3 at every feeding, multivitamin twice a month, calcium with D3 twice a month

Grasshoppers/locusts are good too. I source mine from the fields around my house, no worry of pesticides I'm in the country.
