New location

so I moved my Cham down stairs. I had him in my room for the winter and spring because it was warmer in my room. I moved him back down since it's warm. He hasn't budged at all and won't eat. It's probably him just getting used to the new area. But he just sits on his branches and won't even eat. I've been hearing crickets chirping all day. How long could it take for him to get used to his surroundings?

I'd say no more than a couple weeks to get use to change. Is he now in a high traffic area and a low traffic area before? Also don't leave uneaten crickets in his enclosure over night or they could eat on your chameleon. I've seen it happen several times on here and it was bad.

not much traffic. He has moved around a bit but he hasn't eaten anything in almost 24 hours. I'm thinking of just moving him back to where he was. I tried putting strawberries in there since he loves those. But he still won't go for them

How old is he? Please post a photo of him? I only feed my adults 3 times a week. If he's not super young or sick try not offering him any food at all for a couple days and let him get hungry. He should eat then.

He just finally started eating. I heard him snag a cricket. He's about 8 1/2 months old. I'll post pics as soon as I can

That's about the age I cut my healthy ones back to every other day feedings and then around a year old 3 times a week. If you don't cut them back they tend to cut back their self.
