For an adult male Veiled then 95 is ok, although people usually go for a bit less I think. My guy is nearly 2 years old and he seems to like 92F best.
At the age you have them now they don't need a basking light, though for mine I did provide one at 78F just to get them used to the idea.
Again, at their age let them eat as much as they want. Cutting food for females is not necessary until breeding age anyway.
Remember, in the wild they would not have as much food brought to them as we can provide - limiting the number of clutches and the clutch size will lessen the strain on her. This will mean she lives longer. It won't hurt her, but it will mean she's always happy to see you bringing her food
