After wanting and researching chameleons for awhile I bought myself one!!! He is a baby veiled male chameleon. I put heating lamps and a long UVB bulb on top of the cage for him of course but he won’t leave his plant. I am worried he is not getting enough heat or UV. He is eating and seems very normal but I don’t know if he is stressed out from acclimating so he’s hiding in the plants but I am worried. Hoping if anyone can tell me if this is ok or ways I can help him bask.
