The first thing I think anyone entering into chameleon keeping has to learn is to accept what you think is right is not. Especially if what you think is right was told to you by a pet store employee and not a chameleon breeder.
Be open to accepting help from others and read up on all the great info you can find on the forum. Welcome to the forum.
