Just my 2 cents, but I wouldnt assume anything at this point. There is always the chance that the eggs are fertile. You were sold a supposed virgin female and that is probably true, but I wouldnt assume anything. Just by reading all your post I would be slightly suspicious. Just my opinion.

Your situation with this girl is a bit unusual. You have some great points to make in negotiating some sort of deal with the breeder. I don't want to know who it is though. I like this forum because we try to keep things informational. Females do seem, at least for me, to carry their eggs differently. Some carry them evenly throughout the body cavity and they don't look fat. Some carry them more in the hind end, thus making for more of a fat appearance like yours has. I was also going to mention the same thing Dell did. Don't throw the eggs out. I also would not assume they were not fertile. Is she eating today?

just wanted to update. after talking to the breeder she is a virgin and she started self-ovulating so an honest mistake. no problems other than a little stress and taking a little extra time going to the UPS center, but i think everyone here expects that dealing with chams 
i could keep her and have her lay her nonviable clutch wait some more months to breed her and hope for the 0% chance of a parthenogenic clutch but i have decided to return the female and receive another which i hope will be non-gravid and ready to breed soon.
