So I think know everything that I need for my Cham. I was going to price the stuff out at the reptile expo in July and get Cham when I get back from vacation in August. Please give me any suggestions or advice where to get items. Here's the plan:
Enclosure: Reptibreeze ( so when he grows out u can return it)
Hydration: mistaking with rain dome adapter/ DIY dripper continuous
Lighting: Retisun 5.0/ regular bulb for basking
Lllreptile's water tray
Hibiscus/pothos and fake vines to fill in plus branches

I plan on bulk ordering roaches (don't want to breed)
I want to add worms but from what I understand they are hard to keep in bulk and silks seem like additional work everyday. Was planning on picking up Phoenix to feed him once or twice a week. What do you guys think? Suggestions on humidity and temp gauges are needed. And do I dust roaches and worms still?

Calcium without D3 on a daily basis. Calcium with D3 should be used twice a month and Multivitamin should be used twice a month.
Some worms arn't hard to keep. Supers and mealworms are the easiest to keep next to roaches and Superworms are a great choice for chameleons.
Lighting: a dual fixture with a uvb and a 6500k bulb from lightyourreptile.com is the best choice for lighting for any reptile and for the live plants in the cage and also a heat lamp for basking.

I recommend dragon strand cages over reptibreeze. They have the atrium cage which can be used from 3 months of age through adulthood. Or you can do the reptibreeze and later upgrade to a larger dragon strand cage and use the reptibreeze as your outdoor cage to get some natural sunlight.

MistKing misting system. Avoid Aquazamp as they won't ship your order.

Light your reptiles quad fixture

Superworm a are so easy to keep. Dubias roaches as well. I use both as a snack. Crickets are the primary feeder though. I dust them with calcium every other feeding.

These are recommendations and top of the line stuff which will be more expensive. Just as long as you understand the function of each.

Not to hijack but it could help OP as well. Hhow do you like your dragonstrand cage? I thought I was set on the a LLL Cage but now im not sure. Heard great things about both cages.

I'll be doing an advanced setup on my first dragon strand cage soon. It's the Atrium with dragon ledges and drainage tray. From what have been told and read they are the best on the market. I can tell you more next weekend if you would like.

The Atrium by dragon strand can house a chameleon for life so there shouldn't be a need to replace it after half a year. I'll post an update once I get it setup. Cheers!
