New cham condo coming along...

I am a metal worker and like the fact if something isn't going your way you get to beat it with a hammer. That being said I am not a woodworker, but a friend of mine is and is making a new cage for my living room.
It's not stained yet but i'm posting pics so you can see how it's coming along.



first two show the base
last one is mising screen and top still
base is 20" tall, top is 48" tall x 36" wide x 30" deep

I am doing some welding for my buddy plus $, so it's a fair trade.
Thinking of a solid wood back so I can try a fake rock wall in the back. I've seen some fantastic looking ones on here.
Need to keep plugging along as the little guy is growing faster than weeds.
I'll post more pics as we go.

It's definitely the best I've ever seen! I was planning to build one, but decided it would be too much hassle!

Slik : That's the one I was talking about. I don't think mine will be that elaborate but the same idea in grey. A little concerned about the weight of this finnished with cement.
