New baby veiled

I recently just got a new baby veiled chameleon about 3 months old. I have had the little guy for a little over 2 weeks and he is still very hostile and hisses at me every time I put my hand near him. When we do get him out, though, he is perfectly fine and happy. I feel like I am not making any progress with him. Any suggestions to help him warm up to me?

Try to give your chameleon some food first and then slowly put your hand next to him. Chameleons don't like any sudden movements it may scare them. See if it changes anything.
