New baby sleeps during the day

Oh, and I'm still waiting on crickets... The store that I get them from is having issues. Every shipment they have gotten in this week has been dead! Too hot!

I'm not sure if he has improved, I saw him sleeping yeterday, when I saw that I lifted his UVB bulb a few inches. He is still active and eats, I haven't seen him drinking lately though. I think I need to stop over worrying and let him be!

Dont worry if you dont see him drink. Ive owned my boy for 6 months and have only seen him drink 3 times. Just watch his urates and his eyes and if they look normal, then hes stayng hydrated.

I noticed his poop from the day before yesterday and the urates were yellowish orange. I know that this is a sign of dehydration. I'm not sure what to do. I think he was still getting settled into his new cage, I hope!

Its hard to leave them alone especially when your worried! Just wet the leaves and sides til they are dripping he will drink.

Fruit flys are like a snack, so make sure you offer him enough.

That is what I was thinking, the shower water would be way too strong for the little guy.

I do have cats, but most of them sleep with me at night. Perhaps I need to setup a camera at night. I think it might have been the UVB light because I didn't see him sleeping during the day yesterday.
