New baby panther

Hi everyone. I recently traded a few of my veiled babies for a panther baby. We are pretty sure it is a female but I just wanted to check here first since I have no experience with panthers. I took several pictures of the base of the tail so hopefully it will be obvious to experienced keepers. The color isn't as blue as it looks. My camera has problems with the uv lights I think.

And of course a full picture. Least I could do after taking all the pictures of it's private parts.

Thats a young young young panther... Ugh I am guessin male.... looks like some junk in the trunk....Could be wrong though just my guess... The second pic looks really flat but the others are questionalbe... I am throwing the red flag in on this for a second review!

Looks female to me, but then again

I seen you read Kent67's post on sexing panthers. It looks like a small indent after the vent, if it were a male you'd probley see the buldge.

So its 1 vs 1 lol! Someone will chime in and break the tie :D

Awe! So itty.
But yeah, this is a female, I'm pretty darn tootin' sure. You'd see an indent where the hemipenal bulge would later form, female's tails go straight into their vent :)

Female is what we were thinking as well. It is doing very well and will even eat out of my hands already. :D

Here are some updated photos I just took. Either it is a male or it is going to be the most colorful female I have ever seen.

updated pics seem to show the bulge, i say male.
just goes to show how difficult this is. if it is indeed a male he wasnt showing anything back in december.

Yeah, I was pretty much convinced it was a female before but it kept getting more colorful and sometimes I would think I would see a bulge and sometimes I wouldn't. Now I am seeing it more and more it seems.

Those first pics look male to me, as well as the updated ones. When they're really small the bulge is very small but still there.
