They are indegenouse to South Africa.
I love it when they come every now and then. When they do come there are hundreds of them so its free cham food!

Linda, he is gorgeous! The males have really grown on me - when I got Lily I didn't really like the look of the males with their big casques! Strange how things turn out - my new boy has a huuuuge casque!

Thanks guys. Chameleonneeds is right. We get them often out where I stay.
They usually come out after a rain storm. By the thousands. My chams go into instant hunt mode. I just open their enclosure doors and it is feast time!!!

Only problem is their wings drop off quickly so after the flurry and the chams feasting I have a mess to clean up......

Most animals eat the flying ants. Even my dogs and the froggies!!!!
