Need your help with raising my 2 week old baby Panther

Right now I have a set up of:

a 5.5 gallon tank with screen cover (to help aid in keeping the humidity up)

vines to climb on

Reptiglo 2.5

Daylight 25W

Spraying him 3 times a day.

Just got him home, so tomorrow I will start feeding him his wingless fruit flies.

He is still a little bit stressed out (dark coloring) but I set visual barriers so theres not too much movement around his cage.

What else should I be doing to take care of this 2 week old panther?
:D

Buying him at such a young age was not a good idea. He is going to need a lot of food and should be fed twice a day. I would get pinheads, hatch a mantis ooth, and get some small baby silkies. He also probably won't need the heat bulb, he will easily over heat since he is so young. I would also get a 5.0 UVB bulb instead of the 2.0. The UVB bulb might be enough heat for your little guy, how hot is it in the tank? How long do you mist him for each time?

Welcome to the forums. Where did you get a 2 weeks old? That's extremely young. Most of us here don't let out babies go until 2 or 3 months at the earliest. I have a blog for new keepers that I'm attaching for you below. It will tell you what you need to get started and links with pictures of the items and where you can buy them. Most items are not found in your local pet stores at least not mine. Wishing you the best of luck with him/her.
