Need to feed new feeders and how much?

so Ive had murph for a little over a month (veiled) looks about 5-6 months and is shedding for the first time today. Well ive only fed him crickets but am about to go to petco and i see somethimes that they have mealworms and calci worms i read on the forums calci worms are like pheonix worms. can i get him some calci worms and do i feed those with crickets or feed them by themselves and how much and are they as good as a staple as crickets? or are they bad like meal worms

Cali worms are good feeders to go along with your crickets but you need a good variety of well gutloaded feeders. Try some roaches, silkworms, superworms and hornworms.
