She needs a UVB light or she'll get MBD, metabollic bone disease. Can you fill out the top portion you left empty? 90-100 is way too hot. Especially for such a small enclosure, 85 is better.

Havent gotten a UVB light yet I've been feeding her the calcium dusted crickets she had been eating them fine but she didn't sat yesterday or so far today she is her normal green color and has changed to brown when I took her out today and put her on a tree outside but she just clenched on to the tree with he eyes closed and didnt move

First thing would be to get a UVB lamp. They need regular UVB to keep them healthy and producing all the things they should be naturally. I have a hoehnelli and he is on a regular 12 hr UVB cycle now. (thanks to help from camimom).

How often do you spray her? can you put up a pic?

how long have you had her and how old?. You need to provide a better cage than a 10 gal fish tank for her. It is way too hot in there and there is no ventilation. As others have asked, please fill out the form

Hello, welcome to the forum :) 100F is too hot for an adult male veiled Cham.......... She should have a basking temp around 80F, and an area where she can cool down to 70F if she wants. She also wants plenty of branches that are a good fit for her feet, and leaves to hide in so she's comfortable.
When Chams move home it can take a while to settle in, so the fact that she has eaten anything at all is a good sign really.
Here is a caresheet which gives you all the basic info to keep her healthy and happy - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/chameleonsinmyhouse/395-veiled-chameleon-care-sheet.html
