What is the longest anyone knows of a female panther being gravid?? I was told that she was pregnant the day I purchased her which was on mother's day, May 11th of this year.. She was supposed to have been mated approximately 1 1/2 weeks prior.. I really hope someone has an answer of some kind.

So I'm guessing that after I've seen that there has been 40 views to my post and there are no replies that no one has an answer to my problem.. ugh...

I would be concerned with getting an egg laying container set up in her cage and then worry about how long the longest time is. If she has no place to lay her eggs she will likely end up egg bound.

I agree that you should set up an egg laying bin ASAP. The average laying time is from 4-6 weeks after mating. I've had some shorter, but usually not longer than 5 weeks. They do always have a lay bin available however.

I have 2 lay bins for her one 12" tall filled with about 10" of plain organic top soil another one 9" tall filled with about 7" of clean play sand both moistened to dampened consistency.

Do you have anything planted in the bin with the top soil? I have found that many of my females prefer to lay in the root systems of the plants. If all else fails and you are still really worried, you can stick her in a garbage can filled up with enough dirt for her to lay in and leave her there. You want to make sure that she is not disturbed as well.

Yes there is a plant in the top soil however recently since I put it in the new pot my plant started dying I have to go get a new one today.. I'm beginning to think that she is not even gravid but I was told by the breeder I purchased her from that she was and she looked nice and plump as you can see in her pic...
