Need help with uvb

I am purchasing an arcadia uvb light fixture for my panther chameleons I dont know what strength bulb to get I hear 6 % is good for veilds is this the same for panthers

What size enclosure are you using? And what’s your plant coverage like at the top of the cage?

I'm using the dragon strand tall hybrid cage with PVC siding so 48 inches by 23 inches

6% is perfect for that. Just make sure it’s the appropriate distance away from the tallest basking branch if you don’t have a Solarmeter 6.5

T5 HO 6% single reflector. Like said down below.

Hi around 9 inches to the basking branch should be good you can raise the light/s up off the top of your enclosure to make more use of the top of your enclosure if you can afford a 6.5 solarmeter this would be the best way to get your uv correct. What type of cham you getting

8-9” is the recommended guess. Getting a Solarmeter 6.5 is always preferred if you can afford it!
