Need help with my chameleon ASAP can someone help?

Going from warm to cold is probably livable for him. When you say freezing, do you really mean the temperature is under 50? Normally I would say your regular room temperature is a fine temperature for the bottom of the cage. However, if you keep your house really cold, then some additional heat is probably in order. I sort of think you want to wait until you get that digital thermometer to decide what your next step is.

Well it seems to of warmed up in there now after replacing the buld for a different king and re setting the thermostat and he's now moving around up and down his Viv and has even started to shed now as well as he ate a lot yesterday and is constantly drinking which is what they do anyways haha but he seems to be loads better his backs still a little sore and want let you go anywhere near it but what do you expect when he's had a great big cut on his back for god knows how long

Not the one we've order yet but we had one of those gun ones that take readings when you pull the trigger and we keep doing it through the day until we get the one to permanently fix in
