need help with eggs

Hey to all,
I have 21 chameleon eggs, it is starting to get colder here where i am, winter.... i was hoping someone could help me with some ideas to make sure i have the right set up and how to keep the temp right for them, i have a extra heating pad and a extra heating lamp, can anyone help me with some ideas?

Thanx i also think the heating mat could work, but what do you think i can put them in? Will the heating mat set anithing on fire? What can i put it in that wont be a risk? If you know what i mean:)

Can you give an idea on how to use the heating mat for them,? In what? Can i put the eggs sand on top of the heating pad so that it heats up the egg sand? Im new to this! My first eggs and im clueless untill now everything went perfect but i do need help

If I were you I would get a glass bowl. It should be flat on the bottom, and filled with vermiculite (buy at a garden store). Make the vermiculite just damp - not wet. If you can squeeze water out it is to wet. Sit the bowl on the heating pat that you set to low. Keep a lid on the bowl, and put a temp probe in the bowl. Check for the temp your eggs require. Gook luck with your eggs, what king of eggs are they?

I would not set the egg container on the heating mat....leave at least an inch of space between the container and the mat. I use a screen from a window for instance supported on pieces of wood made into a frame with a heating pad under the screen.
