the tip of her tail has began to turn black and has little blood spots do not know if its scars from breeding

Could be a couple of things. She may have gotten it nipped during breeding. Left over shed could have restricted the blood flow causing it to die. I've read of others who have caught the tail in the door as it's being closed.

Keep an eye on it. It will probably fall off. You want to just make sure it doesn't become infected.
