Welcome to the forum :)

Males cannot be housed with females, the male will eventually take over the basking spots etc and the female will start to deteriorate. Also, there are alot of breeders that ship chameleons. Check out the sponsors on the top of the page. It is usually better to buy from a breeder because you will usually be getting better animals.

Also, there are a lot of chameleon owners in your area. There is a group that meets monthly to talk about chameleons and exchange feeders etc.

thats a link to the info for the last meeting, they should be posting when this months is soon.

They will need a cage each, otherwise there will be dominance and stress issues which will not be healthy for either of them. Chameleons are solitary creatures and do not like company!

Don't house a male and a female together, get them separate cages until you decide to breed.

Make sure you do some research (read: a LOT of research) before breeding.

Glad to know you got her in a bigger and better cage.

Best of luck!

what if i built a wall in the middle of the cgae straight down.its pretty big so i there should be more then enough room

Not meant to come off as rude, but not real sure why you would put "lol" after a thread title of "Need help" kind of makes it seem like you don't really want help.....

To answer your last question, no, you can't just split your 24" x24" x48" cage in half, that will not be enough room for either animal. The male needs that size cage for himself. You can get away with a 24" x 24" x 36" for a female panther, but there's not much price difference between the 2 sizes, so why not just get them both the same size. You can put the 2 cages side by side, but a visual barrier will have to be placed between them.
