im goin out of town for 5 days i have a jug w/ a screen that i cup feed from so he will be fine on food. but as water goes i have always used the airstone in water bowl and always misting his cage constantly. and the occasional dripper. what could i do for water while i am gone out of town. im afraid if i leave the water bowl full he will dookie in it altho i have been running this for about a week and he hasnt so far.. any suggestions on a long term dripper or anything?

does the flow shut off once the jug gets to a certain low? i would use a fish air valve. does home depot sell the dripper heads?

they do they are in the micro sprinkler section

make sure you see what they look like online before u go, u need adjustable ones

i'd seriously scratch the fish valve
but don't wat you'd like

no the flow doesn't shutoff

the way it works is the level of the water(top) has to be higher than the point at whcih the dripper is located

so as the water in the res decreases so does that level

given your bottle is located completely above your cage line you'll be fine

but if its like half way when your jug gets to half its not going to have power
