Hi, Im new to Chameleons and unfortunately I took mine to the vet and they said they think he has metabolic bone diease. Im doing everything they said to try but I was wondering if anybody had this happen to their pet, and, if they made a comeback or if they passed. I dont want mine to suffer, but I want to save him too. Any suggestions? Ive never posted to a thread before, so Im sorry if Im doing this wrong.

He needs to be supplemented correctly calcium without d3 daily and multivitamin with d3 twice a month he will make a recovery and live a long life make sure you gutload your feeders verywell also as the nutrients are very needed right now

There are also very helpful threads on mbd like the one stickied at the top of the health clinic forum that you posted in. Get as much info as you can. I had an iguana with mbd and he led a full and happy life. Good luck to you and your little guy!
