I'm in a 600 sq ft apartment in Denver and looking at the Korser 110" L-shaped modular sectional. I like that it's modular, so I could change the layout later. But I'm concerned about the size—will 110" be too big for my living room? Also, how comfortable is it for everyday use? I haven't seen it in person, and I'm relying on online info. Does anyone have experience with this sofa or similar modular sectionals in small spaces? How does it hold up? Any pros and cons would be helpful. I'm also wondering about the fabric quality and whether it's easy to clean. Thanks!
