i am looking for another type of big to breed to feed to all my friends. i have roaches but im looking for something different. not worms or crickets. something the size of a cricket, easy and fast to breed, and no smell. any suggestions??

What kind of roaches do you have? If you don't have green banana roaches, you don't know what you're missing! They are easy to maintain once they are set up and they are very prolific. They are smaller than crickets but great fun for chameleons to hunt!

Turkistan roaches. The size of crickets, so they move and illicit a feeding response, and they don't burrow like a discoid or dubia might if you leave it in the cage too long. I can't recommend lobsters, even though I use them, because they're simply too fast and hide too well.

how do you breed the grove snails? and what about the ramshorn snails are those good? and what is the nutritional value of them?

stick insects?
grasshoppers?

maybe praying mantis if youre really adventurous, but they get to be a pain

I concur - if you're going to use mantids, you might as well add another Chameleon to your collection instead. Mantids take too much food and time.

water snails are NOT recommended. High parasite probability (such as flukes)

and this recent thread on the topic:

snails are gutloadable to some degree, and high in calcium (from shell). they are a good enrichment feeder but I would limit to less than 20% of the total diet.
