Nats in cage

Hello everyone,

I have ahd my jackson's for 2 weeks. A couple days after buying him i bought a scheflerra. I noticed a small nat or fly in the cage and now I see two. Will more continue to pop up? Also how do i remove them? Thank you in advance.

They'll be around here and there because of the water, maybe re-pot your plants but I also have some hanging out here and there.
