Nail Problem

My cham likes me and crawls around on me when i pick her up to free range(which i do daily) but her nails are getting way to sharp. How do i get them cut or do i just bare the pain

have to grin and bare it i'm afraid,try and force yourself to relax.i find if i tense with pain mista just grips harder
