My Yellow Lip Paraonii are here

I assure you they are very active and alert...see me trying to corral them....LOL

They are now safe and secure and settling in.

I am going to now go and start a new thread with close ups of mine!!

Thanks for sharing the update! It's a shame they're not the species you had hoped for, but they're still gorgeous.

They look amazing!
I do have a question regarding Orange Eye vs. Yellow Lip. Is one more sought after than the other or could it be that one type is harder to get?

Thanks for sharing and posting. I hope to see continued posts in the future. Sometimes it seems as if those that keep Parsonii don't share information publicly that often.

They are beautiful and congrats to all!

Thanks to all for the patience and understanding !!! The way I look at it is,I have PARSONII so WHOO HOO :D. This is one of two shipments I had working from two different suppliers. This one was not what was promised but still the quality of the animals is fantastic. I have been in contact with the other supplier as well and have been assured that the next shipment WILL be Yellow Lip but I will believe it when I see it and will send pictures to all of the those fantastic people who have the knowledge to help me to be sure. I'm dating myself at 50 plus but it has been 25 years from the time I worked with Parsonii and I have never seen a live Yellow Lip in person. If in fact this next shipment is Yellow Lip then I will have both Orange Eye And Yellow Lip for my personnel collection so what more could one ask for!!! Time will tell but I won't tell until I'm sure what I have in this next batch!!! :<) To everyone who was expecting Yellow Lips that I have already spoken to,if the next shipment is Yellow Lip you all still get first choice. ( well that's after I pick mine :<) ) LOL

Yellow Lip are definitely more sought after!!! I can't tell you for sure but according to Jeremy/motherloadchameleons and a few others I have spoken to only a few if any have come into this country in the last 18 or so years with legitimate cites paperwork. That's why I was so excited thinking I was going to get some.

Ahhh thanks for the clarification :)

Very nice Steve! Gorgeous animals, regardless of locality!!

Thank You kind sir,I'm very happy with them and have enjoyed watching them. I have been told that they are very slow and not aggressive feeders but so far mine have had a very good feeding response. I'm still hoping to get some Yellow Lip soon but only time will tell. ;)

I notice many people don't recognize the difference between C parsonii yellow lips an orange eyes.
I think it comes because almost no pictures of juvenile yellow lips are posted before and many orange eyes are offered as yellow lips.
I have several juvenile yellow lips in my facility for the moment and the difference in coloration is very clear,go to my side and see some TRUE Yellow lips juveniles,i hope its more clear for many people know ;) https://www.chameleonforums.com/some-nice-pictures-90508/index78.html
