That's a great start! Might I add placing more diagonal, vertical and horizontal walkways in? Also some more foliage. He'll need varying levels to bask or escape the heat as necessary. :)
 
I see a basking bulb on top, but I don't see a UVB? Do you have another fixture and UVB bulb??
 
Sorry for your little one that died. I agree it looks nice, and more foliage and branches is never bad if you have room :)
Also, a white light looks a bit more natural for him and for you.

Also, waterfalls are very difficult to keep clean without special filters so people don't like using them. Chams often just use them as toilets, crickets often drown in there and bacteria multiply stupidly quickly. Even daily cleanings can mean he is drinking unhealthy stuff (if he does drink from it - a dripper is much more hygenic and more likely to stimulate him to drink).
