My Pygmy's

Well this morning i found one of my four pygmy's dead seeing i have only had them one week.I e-mailed LL Reptil's the place were igot them from well i have not had a response from that e-maile.I also orderd some springtails from another place and you got it when they got to my home they to were dead.This is my first time useing the internet for my reptile's and i really am not happy with the service i have got.The other three i have look good but i have one that is a dark brown to black color hopeing that they make it.My set up should be ok.I have them in a exo terra 18x18x18 with eco earth hydraball's live plants a EXO TERRA 5.0 BULB and a 25wtt heat light

Call them! LLL is very busy probably no one to sit at a computer answering mail. The chams are probably wc and older animals, but the stress of shipping may have brought out a hidden health problem it had. Separate the dark one ASAP! Where did they need to be shipped to reach you? High summer is a tricky time to ship chams due to heat.

I seperated that one and i see that it still has some sheding skin on it's back that has been on her since i got her could that be what is making her turn dark and if so how can i fix this help please.

I'm sorry for your losses. Give a call to LLL they are a very reputible breeder and should work with you to work something out that both of you are happy with.
