My chameleon has been very dark lately for like the past 2 weeks he is brown when he basks but also when he moves around he’s nine months old and his basking spot is 80-82° he eats 10-15 bugs daily he always finishes them before the afternoon he’s active for a little but he basks more than moving I use a white heat lamp 50 watt and linear uvb I mist him 3 times a day his humidity is around 50 and 75 at night and yeah. Idk if he’s about to shed or what he hasn’t shed since last moth so Maybey.

At his age, you could boost his basking temp up a tad to around 85. Being dark means he’s trying to absorb more heat and/or uvb. What type of uvb do you have and how far away is it from his basking branch? Maybe post some pics of him and his enclosure?

Here is his enclosure
