My New Veiled Chameleon (my first)

Just some pictures of my new baby Veiled Chameleon. He is about 4 weeks old now and eating like a trooper on Pinhead Crickets, Baby Woodies, Slaters, the occasional Mealworm as a treat and moths.

Yeh they are cute, the 2nd and last photo are of him when he has his normal coloration and the 1st and 3rd photos are of him when he has got black dots and he is a little bit darker. I personally like his normal coloration the best.

Very unoriginal , but I'm going to have to watch the film at some point because I like Chameleons and I like Johnny Depp........is it a proper kids film or is a little entertaining for adults?

Not very big when they are a baby quite small so it is easier for him to find his food. At the moment I am keeping him in a small critter keeper with a mesh lid.

How big exactly please? He will be happier with more room (they always want to be free!) People often keep them in smaller baby boxes to make sure they find food easily and can be watched carefully but it's only for a couple of months right?

He is only 3 weeks old and the Critter Keeper is 7 inches long by 5 inches high. He will be moved into the bigger sized one in a couple more weeks.
