did you repot and washed the plants?
why is there still white fertilizer balls on the soil?
I would add some vines that goes to the bottom as well so your chameleon can climb back up in case he accidentally fell to the bottom.
The analog thermometer is inaccurate so I suggest getting a digital thermometer with probe.
Do you have a hygrometer?
you might want to lift your plant pot a little bit off the ground to avoid drowning the roots when you mist.

I like the way you put the two individual plants in one pot. Is the white stuff perlite? I agree about having a branch or vine on the bottom unless your cham is big enough to grab the pot rim to pull up from there. What's going to live in the cage?

the white stuff is perlit. and i repotted tehe plants with organic soil.ok i have some sticks that i will putat the bottom (thanks for advice). and the temp is around 85-90 degree farenheit in their. i have a humidity thermometer thingy and it says 85%(dont know what that means). and i am going to have a 4month old ambilobe or ambamja(forgot what itwas. im buying from lancecham on the site.).

Nice and clean, with drainage ! I agree that a mechanism or two so that a chameleon can get up the pot without climbing screen all the time will help increase usability.
Note to others who might look at your set-up. Notice there is no water tray directly under the pot, which is the right way to have it. Many still use such as a means of water control indoors, and unfortunately using one is a bad idea. It creates standing water, that if it is not cleaned out every couple of days, will become contaminated, especialy by any loose bugs, such as crickets. After about four days it's a microbial stew, and those same loose bugs will uptake the contaminated water, be eaten by the chameleon, and create an upper esophageal infection in the chameleon due to their excessively high bacteria count. The most common symptom is a build-up of mucous in the chameleon's mouth. Caught in time, it can be treated, but it is a mess, and best avoided. This is the same argument that makes waterfalls impractical.

I just want to make sure.
Did you wash the whole plant with soapy water?
Nurseries use pesticides and some chemical products on their plants to keep them away from bugs and stuff.
So, you need to prep it before your chameleon can safely use the plants (and eat the leaves, in case he wants a taste).

o bought the cage at a show and its aluminum with wire screen, the box underneath is made of wood and i have a plastic container to catch water that drips out of cage. pvc bottom. and my uvb lamp fixture i got at lowes for 10$ but thenput aluminum foil infront of the light so it aims down.
