Nice and clean, with drainage ! I agree that a mechanism or two so that a chameleon can get up the pot without climbing screen all the time will help increase usability.
Note to others who might look at your set-up. Notice there is no water tray directly under the pot, which is the right way to have it. Many still use such as a means of water control indoors, and unfortunately using one is a bad idea. It creates standing water, that if it is not cleaned out every couple of days, will become contaminated, especialy by any loose bugs, such as crickets. After about four days it's a microbial stew, and those same loose bugs will uptake the contaminated water, be eaten by the chameleon, and create an upper esophageal infection in the chameleon due to their excessively high bacteria count. The most common symptom is a build-up of mucous in the chameleon's mouth. Caught in time, it can be treated, but it is a mess, and best avoided. This is the same argument that makes waterfalls impractical.
