My new female will only eat out of my hand

Has anyone else experienced a panther that wont eat unless fed by hand?

ya a few of them idk y they do it. but ive sold a few and there cup feeding for them so go figure. sorry im not much help but maybe u can try and have some one else feed them in a cup or on the screen?

I don't really mind it she just seems to have a depth perception problem i think
