My new Diego Suarez (Antsiranana) pair

Biggest panther I've ever seen in person was a Nosy Boraha at a pet store in San Diego back in the early to mid 90's. I even talked to another CF member recently (Gluuvan) who not only remembered seeing him also but was the reason he got into chams as well. I'd like to see them again, too....

Thank you. It seems like this guy has never been fed or watered before. He cant get enough to eat or drink, especially water. I mist him 3 times a day and have a drip always going for him and he probably drinks 10 times a day, so Im guessing he was severely dehydrated and malnourished.

Excessive drinking can sometimes indicate a heavy parasitr load or some other health issue so I would suggest getting a fecal :) other then that he is very pretty. I have numerous tamataves and many vary in color from orange and red to green and red with a blue streak and blue spine.
I hope we can get to the bottom of this confusion about Diego, maroana and tamatave debate soon.

He looks like a tamatave to me, this is the second pair of Diego's I've owned. No matter what he is a beautiful Cham. I agree get a fecal, I get that done on all my wc's. I have to do the same to my diego, wc's require more then cb so it's just a cost you have to consider when making that choice. Best of luck with your new cham, gorgeous.

Or you can do your own fecals. They are super easy :)

Never done that :) that would be a good topic. I have to get fecals done asap on both my Diego's. Amazing how this obsession is really a wallet drainer. I see a wc Diego and think should I? Then I'm taking out my wallet thinking I'm getting another wc, now my vet is going to rape me. Do I have to become a scientist now and invest in a microscope lol :) I'm already the crazy chameleon guy.
