Thanks! I tried to do as much research as I could before taking him on. I was told that they could be difficult to keep, so I want to make sure I do everything I can to make sure he not only survives but also thrives in his new environment.
Does he have a little cut on his spine or is that something that healed over? If it is a cut or something of that nature, you can put polysporin or Neosporin on it to help it heal.
I noticed that as well, I think he may have received the cut while in transit here. I saw that I could put Neosporin on it to help it heal. I put some on as soon as he finished drinking water. I'll make sure to keep applying it.
I quickly found out that he is not fond of being handled. He tried to bite me when I picked him up. Needless to say, ill only be handling him when required.
