My girl is shedding!!

Now if she will only lay her clutch and show me those beautiful red bars! I have still yet to see them I will post what she looks like after she sheds too.

Thank you! I will need the luck. Our first experience with breeding (this clutch is infertile) but I have read and read and read some more. And just when I thought I was ready, I read again and I have had excellent guidance from Janns blog, Jon Rich, and Suzi!

Yes I understand (realized last night I typed about "seeing" red bars) sire was a red bar, just want to see her different colors

what you see on her now.. is pretty much what youre gonna get.

she might show some darker pinks and blacks when gravid.. but thats about it.

Yes ever since I got her, I have contacted the breeder and am taking care of it to the best of my ability. She is still eating, drinking, and pooping well for me. I'm just hoping maybe its part of gular edema?

thats not gular edema. and wotn be caused by it..

what are you doing to treat it?

ive heard that in panthers, lack of vitamin A can cause this..

I was told that warm mistings could help with this (I have been doing that every day since I got her though) waited for her to finish shedding to see if it helped... it didn't. She is doing for another multivitamin dusting today anyway but other than that I dust everyday with calcium
