That is still too hot... Looks like you have a young panther? I can not really tell from the pic. But your looking at a max temp of 80ish at the branch... Not hotter. Then where they rise up higher it will be warmer. Too high of heat and they can dehydrate and actually over heat. Consider adding more plants as well. This way the cham feels secure.
You’ve got a good start. @Beman has given you the best advice. You want to add more live plants to create areas for your chameleon to take shade or hide in, as well as create little pockets of humidity.
