Picking up my first boy tomorrow got most of the supplies I don’t really wanna buy the Humidity meters from the pet store they’re kind of cheap what should I get and what meters do I need

If you need/want to monitor through a smart phone, then a Govee may be for you, but make sure it's got (or you get) a probe with it.

If you just want something simple & inexpensive, I use these:

You'll need both thermometers and hygrometers with probes. Either of the above have both.
Combination units like these are roughly the same price as for either separately.

You'll want probes for a couple of reasons.

• To get accurate readings within your plant canopy, at the basking perch/site, and other areas.
• To keep the units themselves out of any mist spray. Probes should be long enough that the units can be mounted outside the enclosure

I use two of these.. On on the top level to get an ambient temp/humidity there and then one mid level in the plants. They are extremely accurate and work with an app on your phone. Then for basking I use a wired probe at the branch below the heat to get a temp reading.
