She's probably just cleaning it out.
It happens naturally.

HOWEVER, without a pic that's all I can say about it (and I can't access your website).

first i thing its she cleaning too but she dont rub with the tree just big

If shes doing it alot she needs to go to the vet.
Its only normal if they do it during misting and ocasionally.
If you notice her doing this alot it could be a number of things.
But to me it sounds like you need a vet to prescribe you something.

You need to seperate your male and female.
They will be agressive and territorial towards each other.
Especially in a small cage like that.

You need to get them both TALLER cages. 40cm is not tall enough. Thats for babies at 1 year you chams are still growng and are all most full grown.

What are you gut loading with?

You need to figure out what kind of plant you have for your cham.
That could MAYBE be one of the reasons shes closing her eyes.
Post pics of the plants in a NEW thread if you need help idenitfying.

1 hour of sunlight is NOT enough for them to get the needed uvb. And when you take them inside are you using a basking light? I recommened you gettin a reptisun 5.0 LINEAR tube if you cannot keep them out side longer.

stop feeding her ALOT shes one year old and she needs to eat every other day or she'll lay HUGE cluthes of eggs and DIE. wax worms are for oocasions not for every day.
Do you have a laying bin for her?

30-45C is WAY to hot for her it needs to be around 26C for her. or again she'll lay HUGE cluchtes and die.

Heres a good link for her: http://raisingkittytheveiledchameleon.blogspot.com/2007/12/keeping-female-veiled.html

they do all the time

for lighting and temperature i said is the when the light become strong but they have the light all the day the temp is around 30 degree in normal I took both of them out side if they not raining the Basking light too
for the basking light i use the 100 w bulb
now she stop eating maybe because of illness

I dont have lay bin because i dont see the sign of her dig the ground yet

they not mate with the male yet

for about the tree i dont know but for the male its normal not have same problem so i post the pic of tree in this

You need to get a uvb bulb called reptisun 5.0.
Its the long tube kind.

Im not sure what of tree is that.

The male and female need to be in different cages.

They female will lay eggs even if not mated.
She needs a laying bin.

30C is still too hot for the female.
I needs to be 26-27C for the female.

She needs a vet for her eyes.

usually bulging eyes means there's something in there (often a piece of shed or skin, but sometimes some other bit of debris). Try gently rinsing eyes out with saline or eye wash solution (from pharmacy). This usually works for me, though if there is any gunk coming from the eye, ophthalmic antibiotic drops may also be necessary.

If an eye is bulged like that for only a short time and then goes back to normal, it should just mean that its cleaning its eye. If it is like that continuously then I would get it to the vets. It could be an infection, a parasite or even cancer (if its only one eye).
