my dudes being wierd....HELP!

So i have a little vieled .im not sur how old but hes a male about the size of my hand.i wish i knew more about him but hes young and thats what ive got.(we are new pals) he shedded a lot today out of nowhere and now hes just vegging out sleeping and doesnt seem to notice me.im not gonna lie.im a little worried.is this normal? does my chameleon have a drug problem?he doesnt seem weak just lazy.

Chams shed when they need to, not "out of nowhere". Yes, sitting with eyes shut during the day is NOT normal. How could a cham have a drug problem??? I doubt he's lazy at all. He's sick. We can't help without a lot more information.
